Wig Care Information

1. Washing Your Wig 
Frequency: Wash every two weeks (or as needed). 
- Shampoo: Use a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo
- Conditioner: Apply a deep conditioner or hair mask to maintain softness.
- Steps:
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb before washing.
- Wash in lukewarm water (not hot).
- Apply shampoo in a downward motion to avoid tangling.
- Rinse thoroughly and apply conditioner, leaving it for 3–5 minutes.
- Rinse with cool water to seal the cuticles for shine.

2. Drying & Styling
- Air-dry when possible to prevent heat damage.
- If using heat (blow dryer, flat iron, curling wand):
- Apply a heat protectant.
- Use low to medium heat (max 300°F / 150°C).
- Avoid excessive heat on the lace/cap to prevent damage.

3. Daily Maintenance
- Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or wig brush (start from ends, work up).
- Store properly on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain shape.
- Use silk/satin pillowcases or a wig cap at night to reduce friction.

4. Protecting from Damage
- Avoid chlorine, saltwater, and excessive sun exposure (can dry out hair)..
